Warranty and returns

All products purchased through this site benefit from warranty, the term being specified in the product details.
To benefit from WARRANTY / RETURN as quickly as possible, please pay attention to the following:
 
1. Please complete the return form (from the Return / Warranty section), with an attached photo and a description as detailed as possible of the observed defects
 
2. A colleague will verify the data in the form and create a pickup request for the products to the courier (via GLS)
 
3. The return is to be received and verified by us
 
4. If the defect is confirmed, the value of the products is returned in bonus coins to the account (1 coin = 1 RON). Coins can be used as discounts on future orders.
 
* If the products are found to have been damaged due to incorrect mounting or use, the return of the products will be at your expense (30 coins will be deducted from the account (1 coin = 1 RON), representing the value of the 2 round-trip shipments)
Service Pack Parts
 
Service Pack parts come with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase, only if assembly was performed in a service authorized by the manufacturer.
The rest of the parts
 
\"Original\", \"Refurbished\", \"Compatible\", \"Cheap\", \"InCell\", \"GX\", \"JK\", \"OLED (Soft)\" and \"OLED (Hard)\" parts come with a 6-month warranty from the time of purchase, only if the installation was done in an authorized GSM service shop.
Accessories and others
 
All products in this range benefit from a 30-day warranty from the purchase date.
Attention!
 
- Defects of any kind arising from improper installation, mounting, use and/or handling of the product by the customer (incorrect application of films, intentional damage, improper mounting, etc.) are not subject to warranty
 
- - Defects resulting from normal wear and tear under normal product use are not covered by the warranty

- In the event of picking up / receiving a damaged parcel, implicitly the products contained therein, you are obliged to draw up a finding report (containing details about the parcel and/or the damaged products) with the courier agent, otherwise these products will not benefit from Warranty.
