The Seller reserves the right not to fulfill orders if this is not confirmed, but also if The Buyer has a history of refused parcels. For any refused parcel www.ecranegsm.ro will charge a fee of 30 RON to cover courier fees (round trip) for the shipment that was not fulfilled.
